Terms and conditions of the amberaura.eu online store
§ 1 General Provisions
1.1 The entity operating the online store at www.amberaura.eu is Laura Stolarczyk, conducting sole proprietorship under the name Amber Aura Laura Stolarczyk. The company's registered office is located at: Graniczna 8/24, 81-626 Gdynia, Poland.

1.3. These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, order fulfillment, withdrawal from the contract, and complaint procedures.
1.4. Placing an order at Amber Aura is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.
§ 2 Definitions
2.1. Seller – Amber Aura Laura Stolarczyk, with its registered office at ul. Graniczna 8/24, 81-626 Gdynia, Poland.
2.2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase on the online store.
2.3. Store – the online service available at www.amberaura.eu, through which the Customer can place orders.
2.4. Goods – handcrafted jewelry made of the highest quality silver and Baltic amber offered by the Seller.
2.5. Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer under the terms specified in these terms and conditions.
§ 3 Placing Orders
3.1. Customers can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2. To place an order, the Customer selects Goods available in the Store, adds them to the cart, and completes the order by providing necessary details.
3.3. Placing an order implies acceptance of the price and shipping costs.
3.4. After placing an order, the Customer will receive confirmation of its acceptance via the provided email address.
§ 4 Payments
4.1. The Customer can make payment for the ordered Goods using the payment methods available in the Store.
§ 5 Order Fulfillment and Delivery
5.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the moment they are placed.
5.2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5.3. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
5.4. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of order placement.
5.5. After the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number.
5.6. We offer international shipping to selected countries. Costs and delivery times may vary depending on the location. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
§ 6 Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
6.2. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer should notify the Seller and return the Goods to the Seller’s address at their own expense.
6.3. The Seller will refund the Customer for the Goods and shipping costs (if incurred) within 10 days from the receipt of the returned Goods.
§ 7 Complaints
7.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.
7.2. The Customer has the right to file a complaint about purchased jewelry within 2 years from the date of purchase.
7.3. In the case of receiving a damaged shipment, the Customer should contact the Seller as soon as possible, keeping all packaging materials and the product until the complaint process is completed.
7.4. Complaints should be submitted via email, the contact form on the store's website, or by mail.
7.5. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
7.6. Upon a positive resolution of the complaint, the Customer will receive one of the following options: a) Repair of the complained product. b) Replacement of the complained product with a new, defect-free item. c) Refund of the money for the complained product.
7.7. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
7.8. If the complaint is rejected, the Customer will bear the shipping costs.
§ 8 Data Protection
8.1. The data controller for Customer personal data is Amber Aura Laura Stolarczyk.
8.2. Personal data is processed to fulfill orders and, with the Customer's consent, for marketing purposes in accordance with GDPR.
8.3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request cessation of its processing.
§ 9 Final Provisions
9.1. These terms and conditions come into effect on 20.07.2024.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes will take effect 14 days after their publication on the Store’s website.
9.3. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.
9.4. These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights granted under applicable law.
