Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at our store. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with the products you purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy according to the following terms:
Right to Return:
- The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To exercise the right to return, the product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, in the original packaging, and with complete accessories.
Return Procedure:
- To make a return, please contact our customer service department via email or phone, providing the order number and reason for the return.
- The product should be sent to the address provided by our customer service department.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged product).
Refund:
- A refund will be issued within 4 business days of receiving and inspecting the product by our team.
- The refund will be made to the bank account or payment card used for the original payment.
Product Condition:
- The product must be returned in an intact condition, without signs of use, in its original packaging.
- In case of damages or signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the value of the returned product.

Complaint Procedure
1. Complaint Period 1.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint for purchased handmade jewelry made of high-quality silver and Baltic amber within 2 years from the date of purchase.
2. Basis for Complaint 2.1. Complaints apply to manufacturing defects and damages arising from normal use of the jewelry. 2.2. Complaints do not apply to damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear of materials.
3. Complaint Submission Procedure 3.1. To file a complaint, please contact us via email (amberaura2024@gmail.com), providing details of the defect and proof of purchase. 3.2. After filing a complaint, the customer will receive information on the next steps, including the need to send the complained product to our address: Graniczna 8/24, 81-626 Gdynia, Poland.
4. Complaint Review 4.1. The complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product. 4.2. Upon a positive review of the complaint, the customer will receive one of the following options: a) Repair of the complained product. b) Replacement of the complained product with a new, defect-free one. c) Refund for the complained product.
5. Cost Reimbursement 5.1. If the complaint is accepted, the return shipping costs are covered by the seller. 5.2. If the complaint is rejected, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
